Iraqi Red Crescent Society has announced that Daesh gunmen has been seized on two relief vehicles related to IRCS in Al-Mousel Assistant Secretary General has been commented on this by saying “ gunmen group break through Neanawa branch / IRCS , and has been forced the relief groups to leave their places under the threat of weapons and seized on two vehicles which specialized to assistant the displaced people from Al-Mousel , Al- Quzae emphasized this matter is consider violation to the International Humanitarian Law and attempt to breakdown relief activities to help the people as well as exposure to the relief groups that work help the unarmed people” ,beside that Al-Quzae added by saying that “all the staff and volunteers of IRCS condemn this non- humanitarian matter, and call for not targeted relief working and should respect the Emblem of IRCS according to International conventions .
