The president of the Iraqi Red Crescent Society (IRCS) Dr. Yaseen AlMamouri has opened the new building of Karbala branch, a number of officials in Karbala governorate and some of the IRCS`s branch managers have attended the opening ceremony.
Dr. Yaseen has emphasized in a speech during the opening that the branch of Karbala is one of the branches that have a lot of services to millions of visitors during the visits, so this building was suitable for the size of the services it provides, the building consist of two stairs every stair contains 23 rooms.
