The president of Iraqi Red Crescent Society, Dr. Yassen Al-mamori has welcomed Dr. Muafak Al-rubaey – a member in the Iraqi Council of Representatives, to discuss the humanitarian matters, and help the displaced and the most vulnerable people in Iraq.
Where Dr. Al- rubaey express his willingness to help and assigns the humanitarian efforts carried out by Iraqi RC in a various regions of Iraq, especially the displaced families, pointing to his quest to find common formats to support the Iraqi RC in its humanitarian missions.

While dr.Yaseen Al-mamori stressed on the importance of activating the humanitarian diplomacy, in order to support the humanitarian efforts that target the most vulnerable groups in Iraq, and the displaced.
