The Iraqi Red Crescent Society/Basrah branch, organized a ceremony on the occasion of International volunteer Day at the branch headquarters in which a large number of outstanding volunteers in the field of humanitarian work had honored, while the number of beneficiaries was (250) volunteers.
As well as organizing two workshops for teaching the volunteers how to install tents and camps rapidly when disaster occurs as that happened with the participation (39) volunteers, it is worthy to be mentioned that the workshops included theoretical lectures regarding the operation of installing the camps in religious events and disasters in order to develop the capabilities of Iraqi RC volunteers and to develop skills.
