IRCS / Baghdad branch has organized a festival with the cooperation of Dar thaqafat al atfal ( children culture house ) to the children in the occasion of the begining of the academic year where a theatrical toys show has been presented by the artist Hussein Ali Harf , then the childhood ambassador the artist Hashim Salman presenting various shows that entartained chidren whom reached more than ( 150 ) child .

At the closing of the festival , IRCS staff has distributed gifts to the attended children . The attended artists and educated praising the role of IRCS and its support and interest that presenting to community and especially to chidren category .
