The Iraqi Red Crescent Society (IRCS) has distributed food and relief assistance to more than 9000 people at Nargizliya camp south of Duhok governorate .
The IRCS has reported “ The teams of the IRCS in Duhok have distributed more than 1600 food parcel enough for eight members for a month in collaboration with the International committee of Red Cross for the displaced families at Nargizliya camp which shelters more than 15,000 displaced most of them are from Nineveh plain and the outskirts of Mosul city .
In the same context, the IRCS teams have provided psychosocial support and first aid services for the displaced families in the above mentioned camp and the number of beneficiaries has reached 1000 people .
The IRCS teams are still continuing to provide food and relief assistance for the displaced families and those who stayed in their liberated areas .
Iraqi Red Crescent provides relief, medical and food assistance to more than 184,000 displaced after 40 days on the operations of the right side of Mosul .
