As part of its ongoing efforts to promote the culture of international humanitarian law, the Iraqi Red Crescent Society’s Center for ( IHL ) has organized a specialized lecture titled "Mechanisms for the Implementation of International Humanitarian Law" at its headquarters in Najaf Governorate.

Dr. Haider Kadhim Al-Quraishi has delivered the above – mentioned lecture, which was attended by several notable figures, including Mr. Laith Abdul-Zahra, Chairman of the Center’s Board of Directors; Mr. Furqan Qais Mohammed Ridha, a member of the IRCS Administrative Board; and Mr. Ghassan Abdul-Latif, Legal Advisor at the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC).

The lecture saw active engagement and broad participation, with 16 attendees—including officers and personnel from the Ministry of Defense, as well as members and volunteers from the IRCS.
