The Norwegian Red Cross (NorCross) is a non-political, independent humanitarian organization in Norway. NorCross was founded in September 22, 1865 by the prime minister of Norway Frederik Stang. The organization has its headquarters in Oslo, Norway and provides a variety of humanitarian services, including care for old and the infirm, prisoner visits, outdoor rescue, and international work.
Within the framework of its assistance program in Finance Development, the NorCross is hereby requesting a quotation from your company for the following.2 years Enhancement plan of Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2017 – 9 users2. PRICE
Prices to mentioned in the pricing template Annex 1
All costs shall be fixed and firm in USD only.
3. PAYMENT AND DEPOSIT TERMS
Payment will be done by bank transfer or by bank check within 30 banking days from receiving the final invoice.
Penalty clause
Failure by the Contractor to avail the work by the mentioned date will result in the Contractor being penalized with a 1% reduction of the value of the undelivered service per day of delay.
4. GENERAL CONDITIONS
All conditions not mentioned herein shall be governed by the NorCross General conditions Contracts for Work.
Acceptance of the contract entails the waiving by the Contractor of its General Conditions of Sales.

5. APPLICABLE LAW
Norwegian law governs this contract, the clause of arbitration if any, and the arbitra-tion procedure exclusively without regard to conflicts principles.
6. ARBITRATION
This contract is subject to arbitration exclusively, according to the attached General Conditions.

9. OFFER VALIDITY :
Your offer must remain valid for a minimum of 30 days. If we place a service contract
within the validity period it should be accepted by you.
