The Iraqi Red Crescent Society (IRCS)/Erbil branch has announced that it conducted field visits to the displaced families from the border areas with Turkish because of a recent aerial bombardment.
The head of Erbil branch Howrey Ehssan Said “IRCS’s relief teams conducted field visits to the displaced families from the border areas, especially the area of Khanaqah in which the number of displaced families reached (100 families), while IRCS’s teams registered the needs of families so that to provide them with relief and food assistance. Noting that there are some families living in very difficult humanitarian conditions”.
IRCS’s teams were accompanied with delegation from the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies to see the situation of those families.
Meanwhile, IRCS’s teams in Erbil, distributed food and relief assistance to more than 250 displaced families from Al-Ramady to Goman border district.
