Within the cooperation program between the Iraqi Red Crescent Society (IRCS) and the “Zain Iraq” Mobile Company, IRCS has distributed medical treatments for more than 5,000 displaced people from Anbar governorate.
The Assistant Secretary General for IRCS Mohammed al-Khuzai said “IRCS teams in cooperation with Zain Iraq has distributed medical treatments for more than 5,000 displaced people in Ameriyat al-Fallujah (in a number of displaced camps there). As the distribution included the needed medicines for patients, as well as providing first aid to the injured and sick due to high temperatures in the camps.
Al-Khuzai also added “these medical treatments is a supplement to the humanitarian assistance that donated by Zain Iraq to IRCS to support the displaced in the country”.
