The Iraqi Red Crescent Society (IRCS) has announced the displacement of more than 350 families from different areas of Hawejah district, and they have been received at Haj Ali camp.
“The IRCS`s relief teams have received during the past two days more than 378 displaced families from different areas of Hawejah and Sherqat district”. said Mr. Haider Qassim the official of the IRCS`s relief teams.
Qassim added that the families have been sheltered at Haj Ali camp, and the IRCS teams have supplied the families with ready food meals, as well as providing psychosocial support and medical services for them.
Qassim has also clarified that it is expected an increase in the numbers of displaced families during the next days.
