The structure and rehabilitation Department of the Iraqi Red Crescent Society (IRCS) has completed a training workshop on laboratory water testing in Nineveh branch in order to develop the skills of their teams, in cooperation with the Swedish Red Cross, the workshop has included training on the Del agua water test bag at the headquarters of Nineveh branch, the two-day workshop attended by 10 trainees of employees from the branch headquarters and the neighboring districts (Hamdania, Makhmour and Telkif).
In the workshop, the training on testing water in the laboratory, in which the biological, physical and chemical tests are also conducted.
This workshop is considered one of the important workshops in developing the capabilities of the structure and rehabilitation department employees  for the purpose of assessing water quality during the periodic assessments campaigns that the department undertakes before implementing its activities.
