The volunteers taking part in the forty-first visit received first aid training from the Holy Karbala branch of the Iraqi Red Crescent Society.
First aid procedures for treating wounds, burns, fractures, artificial respiration, asphyxia, and loss of consciousness were performed during the manoeuvre.
However, volunteers were taught on transportation and medical evacuation of the injured during the manoeuvre. The purpose of this manoeuvre is to assess the volunteers’ preparedness to handle any accidents, crises, or injuries that may arise throughout the million visits.
