The Iraqi Red Crescent Society (IRCS) prepared a comprehensive healthy program in Babylon that aims to aware and train displaced families regarding First Aid programs and how to prevent diseases, and to teach them how to prevent and treat fractures and wounds.
The cadre of the branch distributed 600 healthy kit for displaced families who had trained of First Aid, the healthy kit equipped with various medical aid materials, as well as IRCS distributed 600 school bags for displaced students equipped with special students supplies which they need, as this comes in a collaboration with Educational Directorate of Babylon.
On the other hand, IRCS teams working on a project that is to erect three automatically ovens to make bread for displaced families in the governorate, while IRCS provide the ovens with flour and other raw materials for making bread, in addition to the workforce until training some of displaced on how to use the ovens to carry out their duties in order to service displaced families. It is noteworthy to be mentioned that IRCS gave variety food and materials as assistance to more than ten thousand families who lived in various places in the districts and areas of Babylon.
