With the start of the new educational year, when millions of students flocked to their schools, the Iraqi Red Crescent Society launched a campaign to rehabilitate and maintain classrooms and furniture in many schools across the country . The Red Crescent has set up mobile teams to visit schools, fill out questionnaires, and figure out how much damage there is. They have also started doing maintenance work.Teams of Red Crescent volunteers specialized in the maintenance of the school. However, the campaign included the repair of school desks, chairs, tables, and blackboards. This campaign comes within the continuous campaigns carried out by the Red Crescent teams to rehabilitate the school infrastructure throughout the country.
