The Iraqi Red Crescent Society(IRCS) has announced the arrival of four Algerian cargo airplanes loaded with humanitarian assistance donated by the government and Algerian Red Crescent, these assistance includes 180 ton of food and non-food materials and medicine have arrived in Baghdad on Algerian airplanes .
The Algerian Ambassador in Iraq Abdul Qader bin Sha`a has said” We, the government and the people have passed through like these circumstances and experienced its bitterness also we know its needs, so its is necessary to support Iraq and provide the humanitarian support in all fields” .
From his side the President of the Iraqi Red Crescent Society Dr.Yaseen Al-Mamouri has thanked the Algerian government and the Algerian Red Crescent for the humanitarian assistance to the Iraqi people .
In the same context , the member of the National Office of the Algerian Red Crescent Mohamed Elnni has said that it is our duty as association provide the assistance to our counterparts in the national societies, we have provided today 180 ton of medical and food assistance for the Iraqi people and we will continue to send another batches of assistance to support the Iraqi people in his ordeal and helping the displaced people in Mosul .
Iraqi Red Crescent provides medical, food and relief assistance to more than 377,000 displaced in the camps and the liberated areas after more than two months on the operations of the right side of Mosul .
