The teams of the Iraqi Red Crescent Society (IRCS) in Nineveh governorate has held the festival of painting on the walls of the schools in the governorate within the program of (peace and youth is the project of peaceful coexistence) on the occasion of the new academic year.
The IRCS`s teams have organized the drawing activities on the walls of the schools in the governorate of Mosul in preparation for the new academic year, the activities have covered the center of the governorate and its districts, adding to fix and paint the old school trips to encourage students to study and perseverance and spread the spirit of cooperation between them.
The program aims to spread the culture of peaceful coexistence among the members of the community and focusing on the use of arts and talents as means of communication and maintaining the relationship, enhancing social cooperation and working within one team, also restoring positive social values among the segments of the community. The program also promotes creativity among volunteer participants through their participation in the creative art that contributes positively to their community and seeks to build an advanced generation.
