For the third consecutive year, the Iraqi Red Crescent Society (IRCS) has organized the “Little Paramedic” celebration in collaboration with various educational and health institutions, as well as kindergartens, the event targeted children of different ages, aiming to promote a culture of first aid and develop appropriate emergency response skills among the young.
The mentioned celebration, held in the district of Rumaitha, witnessed a large turnout of children and their parents, it included a variety of interactive activities and training workshops designed to teach children how to handle minor injuries such as cuts and burns.
Where the professional paramedics have delivered simplified live demonstrations in which children actively participated, creating an enthusiastic and engaging atmosphere.
At the end of the event, the participating children were honoured with “Little Paramedic” certificates and symbolic gifts in recognition of their involvement.
