The Iraqi RC announced that the number of the displaced people reaches more than (million) since the beginning of the crises Nineveh so far. The Assistant Secretary General for the Iraqi RC Mohammed Alkhozai said that “Iraqi RC’s teams registered, till now, the displacement of (1138488) persons from different provinces of Nineveh, Salahuddin, Kirkuk, Diyala to a number of northern and southern provinces adding to the Central one ”.
The Assistant Secretary General also added that “ the displacement of families continues increasingly for a safer areas, and Iraqi RC so far relief more than 600 thousand displaced people through the distribution of food and relief, like distributing of more than 900 thousand of food hot meals as well as more than 30 000 dry meal, and baby milk, cooking gas and some of special needs for the displaced families”.
