The Enkidu Youth Development Center for the most influential institutions and figures in Babylon was announced in 2018. The announced results were the opinion of the Babylonian street surveyed by the Center.
The Iraqi Red Crescent Society has won the first place in the vote for the best non-governmental organization, noting that the survey has lasted for five months and distributed more than 3000 paper forms free of names which covered various areas of Babylon governotate, adding to receive 500 electronic forms through the social networking sites.
