Dr. Yaseen said “ this memorandum and expenditure are a part of Iraqi government donation through Iraqi Red Crescent Society to the affected Syrian people by Crisis inside and outside Syria and this program will be a beginning to other programs, and he added , ‘’ we knocked the door through the official channels whether it is Lebanese Ministry of Health or Lebanese Red Cross and we insisted to be the gate to entre to Lebanon to present essentials services that Syrian needed in general “ And he also added , ‘’ we knew how expensive health care programs are especially to Lebanese government and the ministry of health and the limited potentials especially because of the great number of the Syrian refugees who entered Lebanon and put extra pressure on the Lebanese health system , and we will also hope that abiding Iraqi people outside Iraq got benefit from that program ,and we will cover their needs as well as to provide the Syrian in Lebanon and Jordan with the best services ‘’ . From his part , the Lebanese health minister , Ali Hassin , said : ‘’ the meeting exceeded its material value to emphasize the coordination and cooperation connections between Iraq and Lebanon , today we witness together the signing on a agreement which IRCS initiated through it to present assistance to Syrian refugees by cooperation agreement with ministry of health , it ( the agreement ) perhaps one of few direct initiatives that countries initiated to regulate it with right legal standards through concerned ministries ‘’ . And he also added : “We heard and we knew a lot of notes in previous times about countries and societies that tried to help Syrian people but they depended on methods would not be leading completely from our point of view to the aims , and what we witnessed today with the Iraqi side emphasize the roles of concerned foundations , and this step in the current phase would cover expenditures related to primary health care and secure medicines to refugees by dependable centre from ministry of health .
