The President of the Iraqi Red Crescent Society (IRCS), Dr. Yassin Al-Mamouri has signed a memorandum of understanding and exchange of experiences with the President of the Unified Iraqi Medical Association in the United Kingdom and Ireland, Dr. Rafid Ismail at the Hunting Club in Baghdad, the memorandum was signed during the organization of the scientific committee of the IRCS for a medical workshop to develop and exchange medical expertise and skills for newly graduated doctors and medical school students to deal with urgent cases.
