The teams of the Iraqi Red Crescent Society (IRCS) are still searching for the victims of Mosul ferry, that has sunk yesterday in different areas of Nineveh governorate. Since then, the rescue teams of the IRCS have retrieved 21 bodies, including three bodies found today, where the searching is still ongoing, during the past few hours, the rescue teams were able to find 24 living children who were missed during the incident, seven of them were handed over to their families while the rest were held at the AlMadaniya Police Station, the IRCS teams have rescued more than 50 people from the injured in the disaster, and a number of them were taken to hospitals.

IRCS is one of the most effective societies within the International movement of the Red Crescent and Red Cross.
