The Iraqi Red Crescent Society(IRCS) has organized a psychosocial support programs for the Ayzdia families in Sardashti tent in Nineveh Governorate.
The IRCS’s teams have organized a psychosocial support programs for the Ayzdia displaced families in Sardashti tent which is inhabited by more than (2580) displaced families in Nineveh governorate.
The program has included a number of activities, including field visits and conducting interviews with the displaced families because this group has been subjected to various types of violence, displacement and extermination, and in order to rehabilitate them and get them out from the atmosphere of isolation.
The IRCS’s teams have organized recreational events for the children of the above-mentioned families which included (group games, free drawing, distribution of gifts, psychosocial discharge sessions) in order to alleviate their suffering and promote opportunities of adapting to the new reality and enable them to live in safety conditions and a dignified life for the Ayzdia families in order to get them back to their areas.
