The Iraqi Red Crescent Society(IRCS) has announced the increase in the numbers of displaced families to more than 500 families from different areas of Hawejah and Shirqat districts and they have been received at Haj Ali camp after providing safe passages for them.
“The IRCS’s teams at Haj Ali camp have received more than 500 families from different areas of Hawejah and Shirqat”. Said Mr.Haider Qassim the relief official of Salah Aldeen center.
Qassim has added that the IRCS’s relief teams have sheltered the displaced people and provided ready food meals every day for them, moreover, the relief teams have also distributed food parcels, relief materials and provide the special needs of children and women, as well as providing the psychosocial and medical services for them.
Qassim has also said that the IRCS teams have prepared the displaced families at Salah Aldeen camps with 12,000 a loaf of bread every day which is considered as a basic food material.
