Baghdad: In collaboration with the Third Directorate of Education of Rusafa, the Iraqi Red Crescent Society’s Baghdad branch arranged a scout camp for schoolchildren in the tourist gardens of Baghdad Island.
More than 800 pupils took part in several recreational activities and events that were arranged by more than 100 schools during the camp. Lectures on community psychological assistance and health awareness were offered to the participating students throughout this time. In addition, first aid workouts have been provided for campers, counselors, and teachers.
