With the involvement of (30) employees, the IRCS of Wasit branch has delivered a community first aid lecture for the staff of the Independent high electoral commission in Kut district centre, the lectures included both theoretical and practical explanations and covered a variety of issues, including burns, bleeding, fractures, choking, electric shock, epistaxis, tongue swallowing, and wounds, also how to deal with other injuries and transport the urgent cases to hospitals.
