By the presence of Prime Minister and a number of ministers and heads of civil society organizations The Iraqi Red Crescent Society organize held a conference about the migration of young people between the opportunities and challenges in Baghdad

The Iraqi Red Crescent Society announced about the conference  organization on a migration of young people between the opportunities and challenges on Babylon Hotel in Baghdad by the presence of Prime Minister Dr. Haidar al-Abbadi and the Governor of Iraqi Central Bank on and the Minister of Displacement and Migration Jassim Mohammed and a number of heads of civil society organizations. The head of the Iraqi Red Crescent Society, Dr. Yassin al-Mamouri during a speech at the opening conference “The youth are a key role in building the society and should pay attention to this segment and provide job opportunities to raise the physical level of the Iraqi youth especially given that Iraq lived exceptional circumstances caused by the migration of some young people out of Iraq, which requires we all put to address migration and reduction mechanisms through the provision of strategic plans the confidence of youth citizenship and belonging to the homeland, and Al Mamouri said “The Iraqi Red Crescent, despite its potential, Ltd. has provided job opportunities through lending to the number of unemployed young people to open small businesses
Form other part, Dr. Haider Abadi, the prime minister of Iraq  said, “that the most important reasons for emigration is fear of the unknown and lack of a sense of stability so it requires a wide media campaign to reduce the phenomenon of migration from starters sense of patriotism.”

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

In the same context, the Minister of Displacement and Migration Mr.Jassim Mohammed said the development of a future plan to reduce the phenomenon of immigration and work to educate young people in coordination with the ministry and civil society organizations and international organizations working in the country. “Noting that” the challenges affecting the region has contributed significantly to leave their families and young people of their countries to European countries. “stressing on solving intractable problems one by one and draw a serious and objective plans enable us to achieve their dream by activating special educating young people and the rapid and direct coordination with the relevant authorities to resolve the problems faced by migrants and work to involve the media to define the extent of workshops the seriousness of those immigration and the consequent effects of psychological and social not to mention the deteriorating economic situation caused by the immigration of all kinds. Also , the Governor of Iraqi Central Bank Dr. Ali Alalak said that Iraq is currently experiencing a financial crisis as a key depends on oil resources and because of the low prices of oil at this time so that led to an economic crisis in the country and that influenced directly on young people and is the economic factor of the main causes of youth migration to the outside .
This conference was attended by more than 400 young people from various governorates of Iraq, discussed the phenomenon of immigration and put a number of recommendations illusions about economic and security situation in the country.
