It is one of the Iraqi Red Crescent founded at (1991), it was called Babylon operation and is located in (Al-hila)Hay AL- Emam Ali(Pease be upon him). The number of its staff were 7 People,
(the manager, and 6 employees) after that, there was a especial building created for this branch.
