In order to assist the Syrian Red Crescent in the regions that were devastated by the destructive earthquake disaster, the Iraqi Red Crescent sent a convoy of relief supplies.
As a start, the assistance comprised 60 tons of relief supplies, tents, food, and numerous medical supplies.
In order to assist the Turkish Red Crescent in its rescue and evacuation efforts, more than 150 volunteers from the first aid and rescue teams were dispatched.
