The Iraqi Red Crescent and the Swedish Red Cross completed the training of (23) disseminator of the International Humanitarian Law (IHL), so that to enhance their abilities to disseminate the culture of (IHL) in the Iraqi Community through a special seminars regarding (IHL) and its importance in Iraqi considering what is happening in Iraq of circumstances and events like armed conflicts and other events which require increasing awareness of (IHL) and its impact on the lives of civilians.
The Swedish Red Cross has adopted a plan of action to support the capabilities of those who working in the field (IHL) in the Iraqi Red Crescent Society.
