The Iraqi Red Crescent Society (IRCS) has opened Al- Muthana branch building in the presence of a number of social, governmental and official figures in the governorate.
The president of the IRCS Dr.Yassin AlMamouri has said during the opening of Muthana building” The IRCS has played a humanitarian and remarkable role in a difficult phase and enormous obstacles that the IRCS has faced in its humanitarian work after Mosul events accompanied by the magnificent  displacement operations which the IRCS has mobilized all its resources and material and human possibilities in order to absorb Mosul crises” .
Dr.Yassin has praised the efforts that have been made in difficult circumstances through which the teams of the IRCS have been managed to overcome the obstacles and building a typical branch to the people of Muthana governorate in order to continue to provide the relief and humanitarian services for them.
