The Iraqi Red Crescent Society (IRCS) has announced the return of more than 2,400 displaced families to their residential areas on the right side of Mosul.
“The Iraqi Red Crescent Society teams have recorded more than 2,400 displaced families returning to their residential areas in the neighborhoods of (Ras Al-Jadah, Al-Kharab, Aljamie Alkabir, Al-Faruq Al-Awal, Al-Nabi Shit, Bab Al-Bayd, and Souk Shahr) in the right side of Mosul,” the IRCS has said in a statement.
IRCS has added that: “the IRCS teams have provided daily more than (50) thousand liters of potable water for a number of neighborhoods in the city of Mosul, which is transported by water tanker truck and (85) water tanks, capacity of 5,000 liters, have installed by the IRCS teams for a number of neighborhoods in the city of Mosul.
On the other hand, the Iraqi Red Crescent teams have received in camps of (Hammam Al-Alil) families who left their residential areas inside the city of Mosul due to difficult living conditions. IRCS teams have provided shelter for displaced and have distributed more than (220) hot meals per day for the families, as well as the health teams have provided the displaced with treatment and consulting.
