The Iraqi Red Crescent Society (IRCS) has announced that its relief teams have installed 12 water tanks in a capacity of 5000 liters to a number of districts of Mosul.
” The relief teams of the IRCS have installed 12 potable water tanks in a capacity of 5000 liters in the areas of ( The big Mosque, Hamam Al-Mankousha, AlMoshahda, Souq Al-Sha`areen, Qassim Alkhayat square, Alshefa`a neighborhood and the health care clinic in the right side of Mosul , where the number of the tanks that have been installed has reached more than 95 tanks”, said Mr.Hyder Qassim the IRCS`s relief official in Nineveh governorate.
Qassim has added that the relief teams have provided every day more than 400,000 liters of potable water by the IRCS`s water tanker trucks which transfers water from the water desalination stations in Gezllani area to the areas where the tanks were installed in it.
